Tommie Copper® proudly guarantees the quality, performance, and fit of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tommie Copper® purchase or gift, simply return the item within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Please note, it can take up to ten business days for your refund to be credited upon Tommie Copper® receiving your returned package.

Return Policy
 
    • Most Tommie Copper® products come with a 60-day money back guarantee*, which begins the day your order ships.
    • We offer free even exchanges if you would like to exchange for a different size or color of the same product.
    • The following products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded: Weighted Blankets, Pillows, and Stockings.
    • Community Wear™ Face Masks, Gaiters, Undershorts, and Tommie's Pharmacy products must be returned in original UN-OPENED packaging. We will not accept returns or issue refunds if the packaging seal is broken, and we cannot send the item back.

    • BOGO Free Returns Policy: Returning One Item - If a qualifying item in your order is returned, refund value will be reduced by the prorated discount amount of the item.
    • ProFoot® products purchased at TommieCopper.com can be returned here for a refund only. Exchanges will not be issued.
    • If you purchased your ProFoot® product outside of TommieCopper.com, please return the product to the store where you made the purchase. If that store does not accept the return, then fill out this form and email it back with a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase within the past 60 days.
    • All products must be returned in their original condition.
    • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. You may also use our no-hassle returns portal (click orange button above) and get a pre-paid return shipping label. There is $12.50 fee that will be deducted from your refund for the use of the pre-paid return shipping label.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed after your returned item has been received.
    • Refunds will be issued in the payment form that they were originally received.
    • The online return portal can only be used for orders placed either online at www.tommiecopper.com or with the Tommie Copper® Customer Care Team over the phone. If you purchased Tommie Copper products through a source other than www.tommiecopper.com, you will need to follow the specific return instuctions from that source.
